Cindy Heismeyer joined Selective in 1985 and has held various leadership positions within the Information Technology, Corporate Communications, Market Research, and Corporate Marketing departments. She recently held the position of Vice President, Director of Marketing, before transitioning to her current role earlier this year. Ms. Heismeyer has a B.A. in both Communications and English from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. 

Cindy sits on the steering committee for Women at Work, Selective’s Employee Affinity Group for women, and the Women’s Agency Leadership Initiative for Selective’s agency partners. She finds it very rewarding to be involved in these groups designed to help women in our industry grow their business acumen and networks. Outside the office, Cindy actively volunteers with numerous local non-profits, spends time with her family (especially her two amazing grandchildren), and finds every chance she can to recharge at the beach.
