Jae Fradette
Most people know me by Jae. I have worked for The Hartford Insurance Group since 2002. I have worked in the call centers with in the Service and Claims Operations. I have had roles as a Customer Care Representative, Quality Analyst, New Hire Trainer, Contact Center Analyst and a Customer Care Team Leader. Currently I am a Workforce Planning Manager in the Claims call center.

I have been an active member of PRIDE Employee Resource Group since I started at The Hartford. PRIDE is the Hartford's ERG for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. I have had multiple ERG Leader roles in PRIDE and currently I am the Co-Lead of PRIDE with Beth Cabral.

I am a Connecticut native and I have remained in Connecticut, but I do enjoy traveling. I grew up in Bristol, CT then I spent most of my 20s and 30s living in Hartford, CT. More recently, my husband and I bought a house in Windsor Locks where we currently live with our two puppies, Trixie and Carson. In my free time I enjoy being creative, listening to all types of music, health and fitness. At home my husband and I spend a lot time outside in the yard. In the past we have ran a part time catering/ event planning service and have done interior design work. We also were board members for several years a non-profit that provides services for people living with HIV/AIDS and their family members.
