Self-care is incredibly important, especially for busy professionals like us! We would like to invite you to hear from select wellness and industry professionals on tips to stay mentally and physically fit. Hosted by APIW and the Munich Re WIN Group, the event includes a dedicated group stretch led by an Exercise Physiologist, dedicated time with a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, a panel discussion followed by Q&A and plenty of opportunities to enjoy networking, mocktails and healthy appetizers!
